Genesys, a leader in AI-powered CX, seeks a Director of AI Product Marketing to shape its AI story and drive market success. You will translate complex AI capabilities into clear customer value, craft differentiated positioning, and arm the field with proof points to win in CX.
You will lead a team of product marketers, collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Analysts, and build an always-on AI go-to-market motion that accelerates pipeline and adoption.
