Job description
AMD seeks a Director of AI Research to lead its RSI agenda, applying RL to hardware design, kernel optimization, and engineering workflows. You will build and guide a research team, shape technical direction, and partner across silicon, software, and productivity teams to create compounding internal advantage.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished AI researcher with deep RL expertise who can mentor others while remaining hands-on when needed.
