Job description
Omnicom seeks a Director of AI Training & Development to design, orchestrate, and scale enterprise-wide upskilling across its global agencies. You will lead with a strong focus on adoption of generative AI tools, and develop curricula that translate complex technology into actionable workflows.
The role requires 10+ years in instructional design or related leadership in media/advertising, with proven cross-functional influence, executive communication, and hands-on AI experience.
