Job description
Brighton Hospice in Newton, MA seeks a Director of Aide Services to lead and mentor our aide team, ensuring high-quality resident care aligned with assessments and care plans.
You will oversee scheduling, ensure charting, implement policies, and collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and CNAs, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional standards.
Required RN licensure with CPR and at least 1 year of leadership; hospice experience preferred; reliable transportation.
