Job description
The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) seeks a Director of Affinity Programs to lead engagement strategies that foster affinity, pride and community among alumni and donors. You will supervise staff, co-lead portfolio teams, and partner with campus leaders to deliver data-informed initiatives aligned with the university’s goals.
You will manage budgets with the Finance department, guide cross-functional teams, and help drive annual divisional planning for affinity portfolios,
