Job description
Hard Rock Vegas is seeking a Director of AML Compliance to lead enterprise AML/BSA and Title 31 across corporate and casino properties. You will design and maintain policies, oversee risk assessments, and coordinate investigations and regulatory reporting with senior leadership.
The role requires seven+ years in AML/gaming compliance and three+ years in leadership, plus strong knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, and FinCEN expectations. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position.
