Job description
Spotter is seeking a Director of Analytics Engineering in Culver City to lead cutting-edge analytics initiatives and shape the engineering strategy. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and establish best practices for ETL, data quality, and reporting.
You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and senior stakeholders to deliver innovative data solutions, build Analytics Ready Datasets, and surface actionable insights via dashboards and reports.
