Job description
Harrison Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Annuity Operations in Dallas, Texas, to lead their annuity new business organization. This role focuses on enhancing the customer and agent experience while managing a team dedicated to the annuity lifecycle from application submission to policy issuance. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in annuity or life insurance operations and a track record of developing leaders and improving performance. Competitive salary range is $140,000 to $170,000 base, plus bonuses and relocation assistance.
