Director of Area Operations - Multi-Unit QSR Leadership

What You'll Do
Oversee multi-unit performance, quality standards, and profitability metrics
Lead, develop, and mentor area management and restaurant teams
Drive operational consistency across locations while maintaining brand standards
Monitor customer satisfaction, food safety, and compliance initiatives
Identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic operational changes
What We're Looking For
5+ years managing multi-unit or area restaurant operations
Proven track record improving operational efficiency and profit margins
Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop talent
Data-driven decision maker focused on measurable restaurant KPIs
Experience in fast-paced QSR or high-volume service environments
