Job description
Arts for Learning Indiana is seeking a passionate Program Director to lead school partnerships and grant-funded programs. You will develop, implement, and evaluate arts education initiatives that advance our mission and align with state standards, while guiding a team from inception to completion.
You will cultivate relationships with schools, districts, funders, and community partners, oversee program budgets, monitor outcomes, and drive organizational growth through effective program delivery.
