Job description
WNC is seeking a Director of Asset Management in Irvine, CA to lead a portfolio of multifamily properties. The role reports to the Vice President of Asset Management and collaborates with internal teams, lenders, investors, and regulatory agencies to drive long-term value and portfolio performance.
The ideal candidate will guide financial reviews, property operations, and portfolio strategies, with experience in LIHTC, HUD Section 8, and related affordable housing programs.
