Job description
Portledge School is seeking a passionate Director of Athletics to lead the 5th–12th grade athletic program on a 12-month, full-time basis. The role reports to the Head of School and drives a vibrant, mission-aligned athletic program that promotes sportsmanship and student growth.
The successful candidate will shape a bold five-year vision, oversee coaching, scheduling, safety, and the department budget, and collaborate with the CFO and senior administration.
