Job description
Lonza is seeking a Director of Automation to lead the automation strategy for a U.S. growth project in small molecule manufacturing. You’ll guide design, commissioning, validation, and handover, ensuring scalable, compliant systems from day one.
You will partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, IT/OT, and MSAT, driving risk management, vendor oversight, and lifecycle support while relocating as projects evolve. Strong GMP/cybersecurity expertise is essential.
