Five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in Behavioral Health, healthcare, human services, or a related service environment.

Experience leading program operations, staff, compliance, financial performance, contracts, or similar organizational responsibilities.

Demonstrated experience developing or improving Behavioral Health operations, including areas such as clinical supervision, documentation, credentialing, EHR, compliance, and Revenue Cycle workflows.

Experience using performance measures, audits, operational controls, and improvement processes to strengthen program performance.

Strong people leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational change skills.

Experience leading managers or supervisors and opening, expanding, or substantially restructuring Behavioral Health services is strongly preferred.

A Behavioral Health professional credential or licensure relevant to CME's services is preferred.
