Job description
Northwest Human Services is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health Services to lead outpatient mental health, integrated behavioral health in primary care, and our 988 crisis line. This role drives strategic direction, quality, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams in Salem, OR.
The director will ensure high standards, data-informed decisions, and a compassionate, trauma-informed approach while expanding services for Marion and Polk counties.
