Job description
Travelers is seeking a Director, Behavioral Scientist in the Hartford area to apply behavioral science frameworks to claim strategies and projects. You will serve as a researcher, interviewer, design thinking facilitator, and data analyst across the Claim organization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot interventions, test designs, and report results that influence product experiences and financial outcomes. A PhD or related credentials enhance consideration.
