Job description
Carthage College seeks an experienced leader to serve as Director of Student Engagement and Inclusion within the Office of Student Life. This role guides the Engagement and Inclusion Center, develops programs to strengthen belonging, engagement, and retention, and manages the office budget with supervisory responsibilities over student staff.
