Job description
Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a seasoned Director, Benefits to lead our global employee benefits strategy. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, and senior leaders across the US, Canada, and EMEA to design competitive, compliant programs and manage vendor relationships.
This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced medical device environment. Hybrid or remote work is available; presence at our San Diego headquarters is expected 1–2 days weekly when local.
