Job description
Bristol Myers Squibb in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Director of Bioconjugation to shape the strategic direction of our antibody-based conjugate programs. You will lead a team of bioconjugation scientists and partner with Chemistry, Biology and DMPK to drive candidate nomination and transition to development.
This leadership role requires deep expertise in cysteine/lysine conjugation, payload design, and data-driven discovery.
