Job description
Lakefront Biotherapeutics is seeking a Director of Transactions to support the Chief Business Officer and VP Transactions in executing business development activities. You will lead valuation analyses, manage deal processes, and present updates to senior management.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will build cross-functional financial models, coordinate due diligence, draft term sheets and presentations, and collaborate with external advisors to drive high-impact biopharma deals.
