Job description
Accruit is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth by expanding our presence in title, CRE, and 1031 markets. You will develop strategic plans, identify key relationships, educate clients on 1031 services, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
The role requires 3–5 years in BD or sales within Title/CRE/1031, with a proven track record of meeting targets and strong communication skills.
