Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy
Central Valley, California
$170,000 – $195,000 annually
Full-Time
Talent Group is partnering with an established, privately held consumer products company to identify a Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy .
Reporting directly to the President & CEO , this senior leadership role will own marketing and brand strategy while helping drive product innovation, customer growth, and overall business performance.
We are seeking a commercially minded marketing leader who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution and understands that marketing is a key driver of profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the company’s overall marketing and brand strategy
Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, storytelling, and packaging
Lead digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, email, and content strategy
Partner with Sales to generate demand and identify new growth opportunities
Collaborate with Product Development on consumer insights, product positioning, launches, and go-to-market strategy
Manage marketing budgets, agencies, creative partners, analytics, and ROI
Lead and develop the marketing function while establishing clear priorities and measurable goals
What We’re Looking For
10–15 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibility
Experience within CPG, food, beverage, consumer products, or a related industry
Proven success building brands and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
Experience with product launches, packaging, digital marketing, and e-commerce
Strong understanding of consumer insights, analytics, KPIs, and marketing ROI
Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Strategic, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-driven leadership style
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $170,000 – $195,000 annually
