Job description
Curtis Media Group is seeking an experienced Director of Broadcast Engineering for its North Carolina stations. You will lead a four-person engineering team, supervise contract engineers, and coordinate with the CEO and COO to deploy new technology in our state‑of‑the‑art radio studios.
You will ensure all stations operate in compliance with FCC rules and local regulations, manage capital equipment budgets, and address day‑to‑day issues for programming staff.
