Job description
CoStar Group, a leading real estate data and analytics company, seeks a Director of Business Development for Zonda in North Carolina (Charlotte or Raleigh). You will drive builder listings and digital solutions revenue, lead strategic territory plans, and build strong relationships with homebuilders and developers.
You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, conduct demonstrations, and coordinate with data teams. Travel within the territory and at events will be required.
