Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Director of Business Development based in the DFW or Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, generating and following up on leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships, creating strategic business plans, and negotiating contracts to achieve company goals. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive growth and ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Account Management
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building abilities
Experience in the construction industry or similar field is highly beneficial
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
