Demonstrated success selling regulated, complex service offerings

Strong knowledge of GxP requirements, cold chain logistics, labeling regulations, and clinical supply models

Strong network among sponsors, biotech companies, CRO/CMO/CDMOs, and clinical operations professionals

Exceptional negotiation, communication and executive-level presentation skills

Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and projects

Highly motivated, self-driven, and commercially minded, with the ability to take initiative, drive commercial strategy, lead key initiatives, and expand into leadership responsibilities to shape business growth

Global trial experience and understanding of international distribution regulations

What Success Looks Like

Consistent growth in new sponsor and service-provider relationships

Strong conversion of competitive RFPs and strategic commercial opportunities

Expansion into new therapeutic areas and client segments

Development of repeat business and longer-term partnership arrangements

Strong collaboration and alignment between commercial and operational team

Candidates will first have an introductory conversation with Cordelia. Then progress to speak with the internal recruitment team and, subsequently, have the opportunity to meet the Executive team.

If you are commercially driven, networked and thrive in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the clinical trial supply space.
