Role Description
The Director of Business Development is a full-time role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding BitRip's market presence, and informing product development. On-site in Dallas, Texas is preferred but remote is acceptable. This role leads and executes strategic business activities, identifies new market opportunities, and builds strong relationships with key customers and partners. They also roll up their sleeves and get dirty with our customers to understand how BitRip can help. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing lead generation activities, managing the sales pipeline, and guiding prospects from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. The Director collaborates closely with operations and technology teams to align customer needs with BitRip's solutions and ensure successful onboarding and account management. This position also involves monitoring market trends, refining go-to-market strategies, and representing BitRip at industry events and customer meetings.
