The successful Director of Business Development (DBD) at TPT Digital is an entrepreneurial self-starter who is motivated to increase overall revenue and foster an environment of delivering excellence for your client partners
,Minimum of 4 years in a client facing role or business development position with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
,Ability to work well in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
,Strong interpersonal skills
,Self-starter comfortable with a high degree of accountability
,Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

,You'll develop an effective understanding of the capabilities and competitive advantages of TPT Digital

,Conceptualizing and deploy sales and networking strategies to maximize new business and engagement scope
,Work closely with client service and production teams to ensure that all projects are handled appropriately with keen attention to detail and a focus on measurable success
