Job description
arrivia is seeking a Director of Business Development to be the operational engine behind our partnership growth. You will own the systems, the conference program, and the executive materials that make our business development team effective, working with senior leaders to move real deals forward.
This role requires disciplined operation, ownership of HubSpot and pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting for board-level reporting, and end-to-end conference execution.
