Benge's Ace Hardware operates a growing group of Ace Hardware retail stores, providing the tools, products, and hometown service our communities count on. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a B2B Sales Representative that will drive sales growth within our 10+ retail stores.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to cold and warm calling potential clients, analyzing market trends, and effectively communicating our value proposition. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets while fostering long-term partnerships with business customers for Benge's Ace Hardware.
Responsibilities
Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships.
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate records.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
Experience
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including negotiation skills.
Will be in the traveling 80%-100% in central Indiana
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
