WhatYouWillBeDoing:
TheDirectorwillberesponsibleforbuildingandmaintainingclientrelationshipswhileidentifying,pursuingandclosingsalesforTransPerfect’sentiresuiteofservices.Theindividualshouldhaveexperienceinconsultativesaleswithanemphasisonsalesorconsultingdirectlytoindustryfirmsandcorporations.
Responsibilities:
Developprospectiveclientsthroughseveralstrategiesincludinginternetresearch,tradeshowlists,referrals,variousprofessionaldirectoriesandpersonalinvestigation
Sourceandclosenewclientsthroughreferrals,coldcalling,networking,andothermeans(tradeshows,regionalorganizations,etc.)
Cultivateandmaintainlongtermrelationshipswithclientsbydeliveringeliteclientserviceandengagingthembyusing
knowledgeofeachindustryandorganization
Formulatesalesplantoachievemonthly,quarterly,andannualsalestargets
Generatedailyoutreacheffortstoprospectiveclients
Buildaproductivepipelineandmanageeachphaseofthesalesprocess
Developprojectbudgetsandcreateproposals
UnderstandandarticulateTransPerfect’sfulllineofbusinessofferings,capabilities,benefits,andcompetitiveadvantages,
andidentifyandreferopportunitieswithineachoftheseareastospecialistsalesandclientserviceteamstoclose
Setandmanageclientexpectationswhileconsultingwitheachclientforbestpractices
Manageandcontrolpricingandcontractualissues
Travel(includingmultipleannualconferences,clientmeetings)-domesticand/orinternational
Salary Transparency
Compensation range: $70,000 - $90,000
Additional earnings: Eligible to earn commission
