Job description
Our client, a privately owned manufacturer of electronic and electrical products, seeks a Director of Business Development to lead sales, build key relationships and drive growth. The role is a path toward VP and eventually GM, with ownership involvement and a heavy emphasis on commercial strategy as the company scales.
Based in New Brunswick, NJ, this full-time position requires 15-20% travel across the U.S. & Canada and offers base salary of $160,000-$170,000 plus bonus.
