Job description
Orlando Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead marketing, sales, and development efforts for the hospital. The role coordinates between referral sources and inpatient rehabilitation operations, working with the Medical Director to identify suitable patients and ensure proper admissions coordination.
The DBD will maintain relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral sources, while training liaison teams and auditing admissions
