Overview
Director of Business Development (Staffing & Recruiting) - Join Professional Search Network (PSN) as our Director of Business Development and become a key player in driving growth, building lasting partnerships, and making an impact alongside a top-tier recruiting team.

Responsibilities
Drive new business by building relationships with local companies
Grow and manage existing client accounts provided by PSN
Partner with recruiters to match top talent with open roles
Leverage job boards and social media for outreach and ad placement
Follow up on warm leads provided by our internal team
Create email marketing campaigns tailored to different industries
Stay informed about our most placeable candidates to offer top-tier talent to clients
Keep communication flowing between clients and internal teams
Qualifications / Experience
4+ years of proven success in staffing/recruiting sales
Solid knowledge of the NJ/NY client landscape (preferred)
Comfortable with technology and active on social media
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
A great sense of humor—because let’s face it, we love to work hard and laugh harder
Established industry contacts are a big plus
