Job description
We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join Runtime Recruiting and help build the next stage of the business.
Runtime focuses on Product, Engineering & Technical Leadership recruitment for some of the fastest-growing technology companies across the US.
This is not a cold start.
You’ll be joining a business with an established client base across AI, Cybersecurity, Developer Tools and Data , giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running while building your own market and client portfolio.
The opportunity:
Take ownership of Business Development for Runtime
Work across our existing network of VC-backed technology companies
Win and develop new client relationships across the US
Partner with Seed to Series D companies on critical technical hires
Build long-term relationships with founders, executives and talent leaders
Develop your own team as the business grows
Play a major role in shaping the direction of Runtime
We're looking for someone who has a strong background in technology recruitment , ideally within Software Engineering, Product, Data, AI or technical leadership.
Someone who can open doors, build relationships and ultimately wants more than simply running a recruitment desk.
The ambition is to build Runtime into a significant recruitment business - and this person will have the opportunity to build a team underneath them and become a key part of that journey.
If you're an experienced recruiter or recruitment BD leader who wants the autonomy of building something, but with the clients, infrastructure and backing already in place, I'd love to speak.
