Job description
Lead the company's technology roadmap and digital transformation while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth and scalability. Own NetSuite optimization, including dashboards, reporting, saved searches, workflows, modules, and system improvements. Drive data and analytics initiatives, including data warehousing, reporting, POS data, customer-facing insights, and data quality. Identify and implement automation, AI, software, integrations, and process improvements, managing projects from requirements through implementation and optimization. Oversee IT operations and infrastructure, including cybersecurity, user access, backups, cloud, hardware, technology policies, privacy, and compliance. Manage the technology budget, external IT providers, consultants, and vendors while building and leading a growing technology team and ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions.
Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of experience in business systems, technology, data analytics, IT, or a related field.
Strong experience with NetSuite, particularly reporting, dashboards, saved searches, workflows, and system optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting or business intelligence tools.
Experience implementing business software, system integrations, automation, or technology solutions.
Strong understanding of data structures, system integrations, and business processes.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical employees.
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from beginning to end.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
