Job description
Bates College in Lewiston, Maine seeks an experienced Director of Campus Safety to lead a non-sworn, community-centered operation, overseeing 24/7 safety, incident response, and collaboration with students, faculty, staff, college leadership, and community partners.
The Director will build strong relationships, advance preparedness, policy, budget, and training, ensuring accountability, proactive safety, and trusted service across campus.
