Job description
The San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency (SJAFCA) is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead capital flood protection projects in San Joaquin County. This senior role oversees planning, design, real estate, environmental compliance, and public outreach to reduce flood risk under the Executive Director.
Ideal candidates will have extensive USACE and DWR process experience, strong contract and program controls, and a collaborative leadership style.
