Job description
Voyant Beauty seeks a Director of Corporate Project Engineering to lead capital initiatives across its manufacturing sites, driving safety, quality, capacity and cost improvements. You will partner with Operations, R&D, Finance and Supply Chain to prioritize investments and deliver complex projects from concept to startup.
The role requires a strong track record in large-scale capital programs, manufacturing tech adoption, and matrix leadership in a fast-paced environment.
