Job description
Hines is seeking a Director of Capital Projects to lead a portfolio of infrastructure improvements across North America. You will serve as the Owner’s representative, coordinate with Construction Managers, and ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and ownership standards.
You'll supervise a team of Construction Managers and collaborate with architects/engineers to deliver preconstruction drawings and construction administration while maintaining safety and cost controls.
