Didlake, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development & Capture to help lead the organization’s growth in federal and state opportunities from Manassas, VA.
The role requires strategic leadership in capture planning, win strategies, and managing end-to-end proposal processes. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of government procurement (FAR, RFPs, RFIs, IDIQs) and proven ability to build partnerships, manage teams, and drive outcomes that advance the Didlake mission to serve
