Baruch College seeks a dynamic Director of the Starr Career Development Center to lead career education, employer relations, and experiential learning across a diverse student population. The role drives program strategy, budget oversight, and collaboration with faculty to embed career pedagogy throughout the curriculum.
The Director will guide operations of both physical and virtual career centers, foster external funding, and participate in college-wide initiatives such as Next Level Student
