We hiring a Director of Career Services who knows how to connect motivated students with employers who want to hire them immediately.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY FOCUS:

40% Employer Engagement & Pipeline Building (B2B Outreach, Direct Hiring)

30% Student Readiness & Coaching (Resume Building, Interview Preparation)

20% Team Management & Student Retention Tracking

10% Accreditation Audits & Compliance Governance

Schedule: Full-time, 40-hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000/yr + benefits (depending on experience and qualifications)

THE REQUIREMENT:

You bring executive recruitment, staffing management, or career advising leadership experience.

You care about graduation outcomes, hate friction, and know how to build real industry relationships.
