Job description
California State University, Monterey Bay seeks a Director of Career Education to advance career readiness and student success. The role leads a team of career educators, coaching staff, and peer advisors at the Monterey Bay campus.
The Director designs embedded career outcomes, collaborates with faculty and partners, and implements scalable instructional strategies. This senior position reports to the Executive Director of the Center for Experiential Learning and Innovation.
