Job description
Shepherd University seeks a dynamic Director of Career Services to lead the development and delivery of comprehensive career readiness programs for students and alumni, while fostering employer and alumni partnerships and supporting internships and employment opportunities.
You will supervise staff, manage departmental budgets, and collaborate with academic units to integrate career readiness into the student experience, ensuring effective services and outcomes for graduates.
