We’re looking for a Director of Career Services to lead career services and good at building relationships with students, graduates, and healthcare employers.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40-hour-per-week
Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000/yr + benefits (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Details
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping graduates turn their education into a career while building strong relationships with employers throughout the Atlanta healthcare community.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of Career Services for the Atlanta campus and work directly with students, graduates, employers, and campus leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build strong relationships with students before and after graduation
Help graduates find employment in their field of study
Develop relationships with hospitals, medical practices, healthcare organizations, and other employers
Maintain and grow existing employer partnerships
Connect employers with qualified graduates
Conduct career-readiness workshops and student meetings
Help students with interviewing, job searching, resumes, and career preparation
Follow up with graduates throughout their employment search
Track graduate employment and placement activity
