Job description
A First Name Basis is hiring a high-capacity Recruiting Manager to drive the recruiting machine across multiple branches. You will lead outbound outreach, optimize the application funnel, and push for faster time-to-hire while maintaining quality care for clients.
You will coach a distributed team of recruiters, including a Cebu-based group, and own initiatives around tooling, automation, and lead sourcing. Based in Plano with regular travel.
