Jobot is seeking a Director of Case Management for a 40-bed rehabilitation hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Lead discharge planning, utilization review, and patient experience while building a new Case Management team.
The role requires hospital CM experience, active RN license with BSN preferred, CCM/ACM certification or plan to obtain. Competitive salary with relocation support, on-site, permanent position.
