A great community facility located an hour west of Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Director of Case Management to join its team. Details are below.
Pay: $51.21-$75.79 (depending on experience)
Director of Case Management Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent position
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM 5 PM

The Director of Case Management is responsible for the direction of staff and fiscal resources of the entire Case Management department
Demonstrates leadership skills that include team building, motivating staff with enthusiasm and compassion, effective communication skills, recruitment of staff, and responsible department budgeting
The Director of Case Management should identify and resolve barriers that hinder efficient patient care
Director of Case Management Qualifications: Current New Mexico RN License or compact state
At least 5 years of case management experience in an acute care hospital setting required
