This well-established healthcare facility near Zuni, New Mexico , is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Case Management to join their organization.
Pay Range : $51.21 - $75.79
Director of Case Management Opportunity: Full-time, permanent position
Schedule: Mon Fri, 7 AM 5 PM

The Director of Case Management should identify and resolve barriers that hinder efficient patient care
Director of Case Management Qualifications: The Director of Case Management must hold a New Mexico RN license
Associate of Science Degree, BSN strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in care management in an acute care hospital and/or managed care setting required
